Back in February, Y Care International was honoured to attend the National Assembly of YMCA Scotland in Stirling along with more than 100 delegates.
We heard guest speeches from World YMCA Secretary General Carlos Sanvee, and discussed the huge potential of Vision 2030.
Sharing a partnership approach
CEO Graeme Hodge spoke at the event about our partnership approach, and led a workshop with Tim Baker, introducing the transformational work of our partner, YMCA Sierra Leone.
“My hope is that Y Care is able to fulfil the vision that it has, that it is the partner on the back of that tandem (bike).”
Involving young people in development
Whilst at the event, Graeme and Tim had the chance to speak to some new and existing friends about the role of Y Care International as we continue to collaborate with local movements to see every young person’s potential fulfilled.
