Begay Jabang

Begay joined Y Care International in February 2023 as the Director of Finance & Resources, providing senior financial leadership, governance and operations oversight, ensuring the effective management of the organisation’s financial, people, physical and information resources.

Over the past 10 years Begay has also been involved in empowering young people with life skills, employability and entrepreneurial skills. Begay is a qualified accountant with over 25 years accounting experience and has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years where she has worked in over 26 countries and occupied various leadership roles in international development and UK charities that are leading on transforming lives.
